Even worse: Humboldt squid will overpopulate. And they learn what to eat through trial and error. They are even known to attack and seriously harm divers. [x]

“I love fashion…When people can take something really classic and add something to it that’s entirely themselves, I’m interested in seeing that. For instance, with Suzanne and her hair knots — when I auditioned for that part, I had it in my mind: I love fashion and just having something individual and your own to say about it.” - uzo aduba at new york fashion week

People who say bi erasure doesn’t happen need to realize Freddie Mercury is known as the most famous homosexual man when he identified himself as bisexual. If that’s not bi erasure I don’t even know.

Also PoC erasure, most people don’t know he was 100% Indian

    Specifically he was Parsi.

My dad got lost for such a long time and I had to give him instructions over the phone. It was so stressful that I started having to keep from crying in public. This happened three times

"When I was a kid, I believed you would become a mermaid when you went in the water to swim".
I really loved the little mermaid as a kid growing up so I had the warped perception you became a mermaid when you entered the water ahaha. This is me learning to swim with my cousin! This piece is for a gallery show at work.

  10. As a child I never heard one woman say to me, “I love my body.” Not my mother, my elder sister, my best friend. No one woman has ever said, “I am so proud of my body.” So I make sure to say it to Mia, because a positive physical outlook has to start at an early age.
